Winter took their friends and their hope. Now summer wants what’s left.

Those who made it to spring share the belief that everything will be okay. They survived, the trees are blooming, and that’s more than enough. But Tim, Shanice, Luz, Minh, and Jquan know better. They know that surviving is not the same as living, and if they don’t find a way out of Cuervo territory soon, there will be nothing left to live for.

In the face of crumbling humanity, the group must make the impossible decision to venture into the unknown. No power. No water. No one to save them. Only a blistering sun and an unbroken sky. Will they make it? Will they find their way to the farm they’ve been searching for? Or will they lose the last shadows of themselves?
